What would you want for Season 3?

If they make a season 3, what would you want in it? You can discuss anything from what characters you want or any changes to the gameplay. For me, I would like the obvious things like the return of hubs and longer episodes. Another thing I'd like to see is more meaningful choices as I think there is an absence of them in Season 2 so far

Clementine skipping puberty, 20+ years old, still with the others. It would be cool if it was a season focused on Wellington, on the communities they may have found, and maybe even conflicts between communities like All Out War.

    • Clementine as the PC again
    • A very small time skip, a couple months or a year maximum
    • Luke alive and present
    • Christa alive and present as well
    • Wellington
    • Communities fighting against each other (like AWESOMO said)
    • Feel good moments between Clementine and any new group she forms. Like them sitting around a campfire exchanging stories, someone cracking a joke about someone else that ends up into a playful banter among everyone.
    • Clementine, Luke and Christa struggling to help protect and raise Rebecca's baby (because I don't think Rebecca will make it to season three)
    • Callbacks to her time with not only Lee but her former group members such as Ben and Lilly. Maybe even some antagonists such as the St. John brothers.

    Gameplay:

    • Hubs
    • Hubs
    • Hubs
  • CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

  • That's a luxury, we can't afford that shit!

    CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

  • edited June 2014
    • Clementine as a protagonist
    • Focus on the Wellington and life in there
    • Kenny and Luke alive
    • Romantic line (I'm sorry, I like romantic lines)
    • Better character development
    • More mini-quests in the game
    • Hard choices
    • Interesting characters
    • Christa in the game
    • Growing up Rebecca's baby (she'll probably die)
    • Other big communities and conflicts between them (as a fan of comics, I'll agree with AWESOMEO and quinnics)
    • ANTAGONISTS
    • Little happy moments when it feels that the world as same as it used to be
    • Dream sequences
    • Longer episodes

    Phew, that's all.

  • I think Clementine would look HOT 18+years old.

  • The word "hot" is kinda odd, since I recon her as a child I "raised", I would use the term "good looking".

Now Telltale can have a list of what they surly won't do in season 3 XD

I wish what you said would happen though.

  • Ok and since she'd be an adult there would then be the opportunity for her to have a loving relationship with someone.

  • I want the villain of season 3 to be a evil leader who sits in a chair all the time but you only see his arm which strokes a white cat and he wants world domination.

  • Hope never dies.

I hope Telltale will add this to the list of things they will do in Season 3. Hope dies last, right?

  • • A different protagonist
    • Clementine, Luke, Kenny & Bonnie ALIVE
    • The Return of Lilly
    • Choices that will make certain group members your friends or enemies
    • Cameos from The Walking Dead TV Series
    • A Season Antagonist
    • Lee's Ex-wife appears

  • -Clementine playable again, 1 year older

-Kenny, Luke, Christa and meeting Lilly again

    -120+ minute episodes

-Good writing. character development and meaningful choices. Touching subjects of philosophy after the apocalypse(ep3 tried this with Carver's "survival of the fittest" but failed so hard)

-Emotional callbacks to the previous seasons

    -A real villain this time

Everytime I hear this question I think of this:

Makes me realize, how many people in this forum are actually old enough to have watched Xena...

Do the letters UPN mean anything to you? Xena, Hercules, The Lost World... All sorts of crap you'd watch after you came home when your parents made you wake up early and go to Sunday School...

Just woke up. Gonna take the last two hours to cram then I'm on my way to my exam. Weee.

  • No time skips.

    Please.

  • Some forces of nature at work (ex. Earthquake tornado etc...). Also what happened to the monkeys in the zoo? They should be alive flinging poo and going apeshit on survivors!

  • Clementine needs to be involved in some way througout this series, or I'm outie.

And more violence is always nice (they only had like 2 zombie fights in 202 and 203, wtf?)

    -Clem as the protagonist

    -Kenny, Luke and Christa alive.

    -Bonnie alive too

    -Lilly

    -Wellinton

    -Nate as the antagonist

    -1 year timeskip.

-Return of the St. Johns (Determinant)

    -Nick (Determinant)

    -Another dog

    -EDDIE

    -The RV

    -Hubs! Hubs! HUUUUUUUUUUUBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

-REALLY Meaningful choices (not where Nick as around 7 lines)

    -Each survivor having a weapon assigned to them. (Clem-Hatchet, Kenny-Crowbar, Luke-Machette, Christa-Spear?)

    -Kenny with an eyepatch

-More pragmatic choices like Larry in the meat locker.

  • Good luck :D

  • IF there was a season 3... maybe we could learn what in the world happened within those 16 months that disappeared at the beginning of this season.

    1. Clementine as the deuteragonist, or protagonist.
    2. More development, such as characters talking about their past life. Not leaving any character out of a situation, ect.
    3. Lilly and Kenny. It'd be interesting to see again.
    4. Some members of the cabin group, 400 days cast and Rebecca's child(children).
    5. Only having a 1-3 year time skip, nothing more than that. I'd personally want it to be a year, or two. It's confusing, I just want to know what exactly happened in that time skip. I don't want it to be like Christa all over again.
    6. Longer episodes. I know that's a big thing to ask, but season one got you attached to characters in one episode and now it's like they've gotten me attached to characters in possibly 2-3 episodes.
    7. Not sane characters. We've all met pretty sane people so far, I want a character more out there; like Lizzie from The Walking Dead television series.
    8. Developing even the longest characters, such as Rebecca's child and not killing them because development for characters such as Clementine, Kenny or anybody in the cabin group. We rarely see many children and it's a rare thing when we do. I just want Rebecca's child to atleast survive a couple of months.
    9. Sarah. I'd like to see Sarah's growth as a stronger character.
      (Also, I'm new. So, hey!)
  • A season 3 would be nice, just not anytime soon. Oversaturation and all.

  • edited June 2014
    • Clementine as the PC
    • Kenny and Luke to be alive
    • Maybe Christa
    • See Lilly again
    • HUBS
    • HUBS
    • AND EVEN MORE HUBS
    • All of the characters have an important role to play
    • PLOT TWISTS
    • Hard choices
    • Dream sequences
    • Talking about Lee or past group members, to the current group
    • Character Development
    • REALLY long episodes
    • Not a large time skip, maybe a few months or a year later
    • A really interesting villain
    • Emotional moments

      THERE'S A LOT I KNOW

  • That's like if your mum told you, you looked "hot". That'll be freaking weird. "Handsome" would probably be a bit better...

  • Clem as the protagonist

    Longer Episodes

    More Hubs

  • I feel memories of High School Musical flooding back to me.

She won't be good looking. She will be FABULOUS.

  • Conformation would be a start.

    International theme of the outbreak.

More scientific understanding of the outbreak.

More variety on the gameplay like 201's stealth.

  • Clementine becomes ether a smoker or a drinker, depending on your choices when you saved Nick or Pete.

  • Yup
