On the actual game itself it's still No Going Back. I guess they're gonna update the title and Trophies after 204's release. That makes sense to me.
I was thinking though, what if it's not like 400 Days. It is actually an episode 6, continuing Clem and whoever is still alive in her group's story. Probably not, but it would be cool.
It does kind of look like a six. Might just be the resolution though. I did have a thought once though about Telltale making it so that when we finish episode five it leads to a cliff hanger for the secret episode six.
I very very much doubt there is going to be inevitable suicide involved due to player agency, sure some people would pick suicide but Clem is a fighter!

It sounds like something big/terrifying/shocking is going to happen that you don't want to experience/see it, hence the name "Better to Sleep".

I think that episode 5 title was "Better to sleep" before season 2 titles were revealed. Maybe it was the first title but they later changed it on "No Going Back".
The last achievement still says "Completed No Going Back" so I don't think they changed the title. But maybe could be Better To Sleep... Season 3 Episode 1 title?? :P
I don't think it'd really be a choice- and this is only in the off chance that there's no season 3. If there's going to be a S3 than they won't kill of Clementine, for obvious reasons. Nearly no one would play S3 if it wasn't about Clementine.
