What will happen is that.. Kenny will get bitten and sit by a tree.. "..It feels peaceful." then you will either be given the option to 'Shoot him', 'Leave him' or 'Make someone in the group shoot him'

As I said, it could mean Sarita will live. If she died, Kenny would never say something like that. All his quotes would be "Fuck." and "Shitbird." and other nasty stuff. He would be like "It's not fucking peaceful, it's fucking shit."
I don't think Kenny will die, not Episode 4. By the sounds of that quote and for someone like Kenny to say that, it's gotta be something important. Maybe it's after Sarita has died or some crazy shit that's gone down, and Kenny says it after they go somewhere that does indeed feel peaceful.

Actually, I don't think many of the voice actors are actual "Telltale employees" and that they just work on a lot of Telltale's series.

That's actually what I think could be the case... Maybe Hammon is just trying to manipulate us into being super nervous, even though it's just a normal line Kenny says when the group gets to rest for a bit.
