No, because she will "cease to function".
Short answer? No. When we left her, Sarah was a weak, sheltered little girl. she couldn't even understand her dad hitting her . whether or not she has mental disabilities I won't go into, but I highly doubt that she will become
in the space of a day or two
Of course she will be badass. She'll turn into a female version of Bruce Campbell, will kill a shitton of zombies, save the group, stop the apocalypse and...

Yeah but her Circumstances were different. No sheltering Parents. Lee was a neutral Person who just wanted to get that little Girl save. And after the Conversation with Chuck he prepared her on how to Act against the ZA on her own.
I'm not sure yet what lays in the Future for Sarah. Not the best nor the worst. I just know that you should expect anything in the Walking Dead. Hope Telltale is having some Mercy on her though.
Well, you can teach her how to use a gun in episode 2 if you don't shelter her (she shows you a pistol she found that's unloaded). I mean, obviously it's not the same if she's not firing it, and Clementine didn't tell her not to lock her elbows (which annoyed me since that was a key thing Lee taught her), but still - maybe she'll survive if you taught her how to do that earlier?
If this were true for everyone, then wouldn't Sarah have already been a badass in Episode 1?
Clem went from "....help me" to killing and cutting open walkers and covering herself with guts. I think it's possible.

I don't think she will be a full on badass but she will be different than before Carlos died. It will be interesting to see if teaching Sarah how to use a gun help her.

I don't think she will become BADASS ZOMBIE KILLING MACHINE, but i do think she will at least learn to take care of herself a little.
