What kinda of goals do you have for yourself?
I ask this question, cause just about everything about TWD seems to have been talked and re-talked so much, that I thought I'd give us something new to share and discuss with one another.
We all know, education is very important.
I sadly, I did not take advantage of it when I was a kid.
When I was 16-22, my whole life's goal was to just have fun.
I figured I could get serious later in life.
Now I'm paying the price.
If you're a teenager reading this, take a lesson from it.
Anyway, I'm making it my goal to read something everyday.
One of the best ways to increase your intellect, is to read.
Another goal I'm striving to accomplish is to increase my workmanship skills.
I'm a hard worker by nature, now comes the goal of increasing my skills as a worker.
I'm also have started working out again.
I use to work out and exercise quite a bit as a teen.
Now I'm doing so again, as being stronger, will help to work harder and longer.
Plus it builds mental discipline, something that is essential to succeeding in life.

My ultimate goal is to have as much books published as possible. Maybe to get my books noticed by some game company and be hired to write a story for some AAA game.
I'm not really looking for fame, but I want to see my stories read by people (no need to be a world wide bestseller, but it would be nice to see people talking about them).
I know it's almost a utopia, but, as people say here on my country: "The hope is the least to die"
Off topic but I wanna do alot of shit. Voice acting, artist, police officer, millionaire company motherfucker, etc. And education ain't that important, I understand focusing and shit on it but I see guys talking about it every fucking day, just seriously calm the fuck down and relax. Ain't the end of the world if you fail. People would say it is but it's not. Other ways to get back to the top.
Going to a local community college with a major in Journalism. I love to write. I'm good at it. I'm trying to improve as much as I can so that hopefully I can write books for a living. I couldn't stand doing something I hate for a living.
I don't really have a solid opinion on education. I could still be considered as young (though not so much), so I haven't experienced everything, yet.
I've heard a lot of things about it. Some say university and stuff is crutial for our success. Others say that it's not everything, that you cannot get crazy about it, and there're other paths for happiness...
Get laid, of course.
Sure![:D :D](https://community.telltalegames.com/resources/emoji/lol.png)
I dunno. To...still be alive next year?
I'm just coming into my 30s and I'm actually fairly satisfied with my lot in life at the moment, socially, financially, physically...I'm content. I'm doing good. I have more than enough money to enjoy myself, I have people I love and trust...though my spine is having a bad few months. Scratch physically for now.
I'm not very ambitious. I don't care about leaving a mark on the world, moving up, bla bla bla, I just like to be comfortable and make sure the people I love are comfortable in the time I spent on it. You feel?
I don't plan on going to college or university. To hipster for my liking and I ain't in the mood to socialise. Am just gonna see WTF happens with grades and if there good then good if there bad then there bad. This may sound bad but being a hobo can't be that bad... and my uncle is a millionaire so I doubt that would happen, sorry for sounding like a spoilt little prick but that's my opinion on thannnngs.
Studying psychology in college would be cool. Other than that, taking care of the folks I care about. That's about it, I guess. Not very ambitious, but whatever.
To write an original story or two and get something published someday, find a decent job with nice friends there, and not have such terrible anxiety and panic attacks.
And sushi, to eat plenty of sushi.
Whoops wrong forum I thought this was The Walking Dead forum.
My goal is to get into an animation program so I can become (well obviously) an animator. It would be nice to start slow (tv shows/commercials/etc) and possibly get to work for some movie studio or gaming company![:) :)](https://community.telltalegames.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Become the first Videogames/Movie crossover director. Life is supposed to be you having fun and doing whatever you want, But that doesn't mean you should just turn into a Celebrity Teen, Anything I do is very calculated as I never allow myself to get into trouble. And that doesn't contradict having fun to me.
Ultimate goal: Professionally act in film and theatre.
Short-term: Get a new job at a production company.
Really short-term: Post this comment.
If your story is good and engaging. will be only a matter of time before it starts to spread and arouse the interest of others. I'm reading the second book in the trilogy: The Name of the Wind. and the story is just phenomenal! If you do not know, I highly recommend this book!
This is...
From personal experience, I can tell you what not having my education, particularly my High school diploma, ha done to me.
It has barred me from being able to get a job at a lot of different places, even though I am a smart man, and a hard worker.
What a high school diploma/ GED tells employers is that you finish things that you start, and so it offers a character insight as to what kinda employee you might be.
That's why it's important to get your education.
It's awful hard/almost impossible to get a job and make a living without it.
Noble goal man!
Good luck man!
On a serious note I want to get a job to be able to pay the bills, relatively soon too :')
But I my ideal life would be travelling and making art for a living.
I sacked university, I'm not an academic person so I was extremely unhappy there
and my main belief is don't do something if it makes your miserable. The key to life is happiness, if your happy, fuck what people thing or 'what your supposed to do' do what you need in order for you to be happy.
And my plan is to be happy :') bad plan, I know!
Become a better writer/poet.
