Oh, you people... when I say the name you jump on me for spoiling the comics, when I put censorship on it, you want me to tell you the name.… more.. aaargh! Make up your mind!
Just kidding, now that the comic book spoiler is there I guess people know they shouldn't click on it unless they want things to get "spoiled" to them, so I can tell you the name if you want - it was Boy Blue.
Now please don't change your mind and bash me for spoiling the comics for you.
Dr. Swineheart is a loyal physician to the fable community, he wouldn't commit a crime like this. Trust me, this is coming from someone who reads the comics.
I haven't touched the comics, as I'm waiting to conclude the game, but I don't see any relevant moral dilemma in helping the girls the way I'm suggesting that he possibly did. I would say it would be immoral to know about their situation and don't do something about it just because they would be acting behind the sheriff's back.
But, I would like to ask you, as a comics' reader do you think that Swiney could perform such an operation in a fable? Just from hearing about how he performed a heart transplant in himself, and worse mistaking the replaced heart for a pig's, was enough for me to come up with this possibility, but the comics probably offer more takes on his abilities.

Let me put it to you this way. I can't answer that specific question but I can say that he has preserved the life of a MAJOR character of the fable community when she was shot in the head by a bolt-action sniper rifle. He is the best damn surgeon of all time. But when someone's head is off, he's not likely to save her for three reasons. One. Her head has been off for too long. Two. She is not revered enough by the community to have such a costly operation performed on her. Three. She is just straight up dead when Bigby finds her head.
Now it is possible for her to be alive through only one idea I can think of. That head Bigby found may have been glamored and it may be someone else's but that's all I can think of.

Ok, I've heard all these points before, and I still believe it's possible.
1) Lily had track marks and I believe Faith would have too as I believe Swiney must have injected them with something to preserve the bodies (something to stop all bodily activities).
2) Swiney must have accepted to do it solely for the challenge/opportunity it would be for his skills alone. His ego and pride I heard are everything to him.
3) The quote which I used to start my argument. << "I guess it's a good thing Fables are hard to kill". - Faith, after she's done stomping Woody's axe deeper into his skull. >> Also, I believe Frankenstein can be considered a fable.
Lastly, perfectly magically severed head is surely in a better state than one blasted by a high caliber gunshot. Severed body parts, like penises, hands, legs, feet, have been successfully reimplanted... but crushed, shredded body parts are way more likely given as lost and amputated even though there's less bleeding than a clean cut.
And again, like I said but some people just don't get it, I'm not defending this theory because I'm positive that I figured the mystery, but just that I believe it's a viable possibility. I welcome negative criticism and people disagreeing, not buying it. I'm really thankful for the contributions, browngamer93. :-)

He's literally regurgitating the same points that I debunked. The game has already explained that the marks were from mundy drugs. Already explained to him that Fables are hard to kill, but not impossible. Faith is not a popular enough fable to survive getting her head cut off, just like Rose Red cried to Snow White about how if she got shot in the head instead of Snow White that the shot would have killed her. And since the game is staying true to the graphic novel, they wouldn't contrive this huge backstory for Swineheart for the game. Since you've read the graphic novels, you've noticed that all of the Crooked Mans crew are not involved in the graphic novel. You know why just as much as i do. It's so that they can do what they want with those characters without ruining the graphic novels. They wouldn't kill off a major character in the game, and they wouldn't add a huge backstory to a minor character in the novels just for some cheap twist. But there is no point in explaining this to him again. So I'll just wait until episode 5 comes out.

Eh, it's all good, not calling your theory stupid or anything, it just doesn't logically connect to his character is all.
Just letting you know a little about Swineheart. Also remember that if he was ever discovered for such a crime, he wouldn't be in the comics. They wouldn't just give him something like a thirty year sentence. They would either one, Execute Him, yes they do that or Two. Throw him down the wishing well. He would never be able to keep his job if this was the case.

Just what crime are you talking about? I think you are mistaking my theory somehow. I'm saying that he worked with the girls to save them, and that they took the opportunity to bring up attention to the Crooked man who was a threat to the whole community. How bad can it be? His part in it was to save their lives.
Also, I started suspecting him because why include his character? Just to patch up Bigby and give medical advice? Come on. Then there are the prescription pills in Crane's office and in Lawrence's residence. My guess is that Crane was using the pills on Lily to reenact the sleeping Snow scene, and Faith got the idea from her to solve her problems with Lawrence which was either drugged or under some spell when we found him. I'm telling you, Swiney isn't just in the game to play Bigby's doctor.

Don't worry, I'm done with this guy. He's just humiliating himself at this point. I mean come on, have you read the things that he's been saying? I don't know how much you know of the graphic novels or the game. But this guy is in a completely different world. But thankfully his universe will have an exploding sun once episode 5 comes out. So all I have to do is wait, which is exactly what I'll do. Have a good day Blind Sniper.
