Can She Come Back In EP5 0r S3?
I just got to thinking Lilly might be back in episode 5 or S3 if they go for a third game of my favorite not only tv show but game franchise!

Why not in Episode 4?
There's always the possibility that characters with an unknown status can come back, I don't understand why people keep asking it over and over again.
Maybe they find it curios and interesting
I think that Lilly's return will be either a cliffhanger at the end of Episode 4. We might spot her or she might find us, and then it just goes black
Guys, I really do not think she's coming back for a multitude of reasons. Or at least not for awhile.

Yeah, I want Lilly to return more than any other character who already hasn't (Molly, Christa, Vernon, etc.) Lilly is the most interesting.
I don't want Molly to return because I think where they left her was perfect.
I hope so. Though I highly doubt it's happening in season 2.

Some people say that she won't come back cause she's the same Lilly as the comics and her story continues there, however i still have hope she'll return in a future episode.

Actually, no. Kirkman changed his mind on that whole thing, and comic Lilly and game Lilly were retconned into two separate characters.
So game Lilly is an unknown and perfectly free to come back.

The name is spelt the same and she also worked at an Air Force Base BUT her father's name in the comics is Everett so we know is not the same character.
She was intended to be but Kirkman had to be a butthead about it
Well,Those are some good news, i hope she comes back and i think that if she does it would be in S2E5 or S3E1.
Season 3, Kenny and Lilly (and possibly Christa if you count her) in the same season is a little unrealistic IMO.
Well considering that the wiki says there are unused sound files of lily in episode 5, she very well could come back!

In an interview with Gavin Hammon, the voice of Kenny, it was revealed that a scene was planned in which Lilly would appear with the RV again after her original departure, but it was never made.
If Kenny can come back after the scenario he was left off with, it's totally plausible for Lilly to return. And personally I'd love for it to happen. Lilly was a really fascinating and complex character who's story arc didn't feel fully "complete" when we last saw her back in Episode 3.
She's such a neat character and it would be SO easy to bring her back, and there would be so much interesting stuff you could do with the plot, that it would just feel like a waste if they didn't.
I love Molly and I fully agree. Her story arc was completed, and personally I like to think of her just still out there, on her own, helping the occasional survivor but sticking it out on her own and just still making it through.
I've seen that theory before and honestly, I hope so! They would have a cool dynamic.
Its certainly possible. Whether Telltale brings her back or not is anyone's guess at this stage. In my opinion, I'd rather she not come back.

I'd love to see it happen, but Gavin Hammon's recent comments about Nicki Rapp and Lilly seem to hint that there's some sort of reason that Lilly can't come back.... Did Nicki Rapp have a feud with Telltale or something?
It just woundn't feel very realistic if Kenny comes back and then Lilly returns 2 episodes later. I do want her to return because she's an interesting character but I hope they wait abit longer. We still haven't got to know the cabin group very well yet so the next few episodes should concentrate on building our relationships with them before introducing Lilly back.

I think they can bring back either Lilly or Molly (in S3), but not both. Otherwise, it's just too much. You have a huge continent to roam. It's not an island... it would get ridiculous if you kept having emotional reunions with every damn person you got separated from along the way. Wellington is a good meeting place, but, after that, let's not overdo it.
Every time we get a character named Lilly in this franchise, it's never spelled like the flower; they always spell it with two L's and a Y. They were supposed to be the same character, but that thing got retconned because Kirkman didn't like the TTG Lilly. Or something like that. It was really stupid if you ask me. And Nicki Rapp has already said that she doesn't think Lilly's gonna come back.
It sucks so bad.
I feel kinda against bring back another character just for the sake of bring back another character. It would be very interesting to see Lilly and how she's changed, but to do that this season would be wrong since it's been done already with Kenny. It would be a sign of desperate nostalgia to satisfy the fan base while simultaneously hurting their own franchise by limiting potential character growth, and stunning plot development.

I am aware of this fact, and nothing in what I have said disputes the fact that we don't know what happened to Lilly. My main point remains this: I am against bring back another character just for the sake of bring back another character. To bring back a character just because 'we don't know what happened to them' is a weak reason.
Don't forget that the VA like to lie at us. They are not allowed to give us further information to what's going to happen, so they either say nothing or just say something that's completely wrong. So what Gavin said doesn't necessarily have to be correct.
They cant because in episode 4 there was a way she could get bit so in some playtroughs shes dead
I think Lilly's VA quit voice acting so if Lilly came back, she'd either have a different VA (does happen from time to time for various reasons) or her VA wasn't really intending to go on perma-retirement from voice acting.
Only way I want Lilly back is if we can shoot her when we see her. We got the option to hug Kenny so one of the options for Lilly should be to shoot her like she did Carley/Doug. Slapping her isn't enough, especially since a child can't hit that hard. I don't want her back. She flew off the handle once already due to being irrational and not being willing to reason. What's to stop her from doing it again? People need a level head, especially when things become hectic. Shooting someone because you think they did something with no proof isn't being level headed. If we can't kill her right off the bat, I fully intend to do the first choice to kill her off.

That would be a cool cliffhanger at the end of episode 5, Clem and who ever else has survived finally make it to Wellington and then Lilly appears. Or their in the woods and then they get captured by a group of scouts from Wellington and Lillys with them.
Yes, I'm sure Clementine will just point-blank shoot the woman who was nothing but kind to her when they were in a group together.
Seriously, Clem liked Lilly. She interacted with her more than she did Kenny--Lilly gave Clem those hair ties, she immediately became protective of Clementine when shit went down at the St. John's, and you can see her in Jolene's camera talking/playing with her. When Clem compares Nick to Lilly in Season 2, she doesn't seem mad or disgusted. She's saddened by what happened. She liked Carley/Doug, yeah, but she also liked Lilly.
