Random Theory: Christa and Sarah?
What if at a certain part of episode 4, Clementine finds Christa and Sarah somewhere together?
Clementine would be reunited with two of the missing characters and could find her way back to the rest of the group just in time for the birth of Rebecca's baby. Christa could even aid in the process.

I think Sarah will be alone when we find her, but later on Christa might be integral in teaching Sarah how to survive like she did with Clementine.
That's kinda what I mean, indeed.
Just like Carol showed up with Lizzie and Mika it could be that Christa shows up with Sarah and that she saved her life. Or you find her in Hershels barn as a zombie xD
Christa is probably raped/killed.
