Pizza...Ice Cream...Brains...
I'm not very familiar with the whole "Pizza or Ice Cream" thing, but I think it has to do with a crucial choice coming up in Episode 5, that someone from Telltale messaged about, right? Well, I believe I may have solved the phrase. It is a metaphor.
- Pizza and Ice cream = Both good, tough to choose
- Kenny and Luke = Both good, tough to choose
Here's where it gets crazy:
Pizza and Ice Cream are also food, though... Which could mean that in Episode 5... In order to survive the cold, unforgiving conditions of Wellington... Clementine might have to choose...Whether to eat Kenny or Luke!
Cannibalism has been an issue before in The Walking Dead, after all...

If that were a choice ... which could play back into whether or not Clem ate Mark in S1 E2, I'd have to go for Luke. The majority of time, animals used for slaughter are young. Older ones tend to be tougher and chewier. Chickens, I know, are often slaughtered around a year of age or younger. I don't think cows would be over 3 years of age. Same for pigs. So even though Luke would have the better chance at surviving due to being in his prime, he'd also be the better choice to eat.
If I literally had no other choice, I'd go with Luke despite the fact that I prefer him over Kenny. As others have said he is younger so will have higher quality meat, but he also looks thicker than Kenny, meaning that there'd be more meat to either go around or store. If the character has a chance to become determined it mean that they die anyway, so it wouldn't be too difficult a choice seeming as the characters are guaranteed to die soon anyway.

All jokes aside, probably Luke.
He's younger and Kenny is pretty thin right now and Luke seems pretty well fed.

I would prefer neither, but if I have to choose I'd probably go with... Mh, Luke, I guess. He's kind of "chubby", so there would be more meat.
