As I've said before I think Kenny will break if Sarita dies and become more protective of Clem. Sarita is really the one that saved him afte… morer losing everything, and for her to die, he'll bring it upon himself more than ever to look out for little Clem so he doesn't lose her too.
And that could mean more arguements with the ice cream, and calling his determined vanilla flavored friend a straight out pussy and picking fights with others too who don't agree with him T.T but all because he cares for Clem and won't take no crap from nobody so long as he can keep her safe.

If Sarita's arm is missing, she's gonna still be alive.
At least she won't die from the walker bite.
Herschel didn't die, cause his leg was removed immediately.
So theoretically, from that standpoint, Sarita should live as well.
I think, if she survives episode 4, I think Kenny and her will face this new challenge together.
Although I do feel he'll be initially shocked, and then later angry about the event, I believe Kenny will pull himself together, for her, and help her through this ordeal.
Though I think the real question is, how is Sarita going to react to, and cope with this?
She's now permanently handicapped!
If she doesn't die of blood loss, I think she will be depressed for a long time.
She'll probably wonder, " What am I suppose to do with just one arm?"
"Of what good am I now, not only to Kenny, but also to the rest of the group?"
And it's during this time, that she'll really need Kenny's support.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sarita is not bitter at Clementine for a long time.
However, as time passes, she begins to heal, and once she realizes she's still valuable to the group, and if Kenny shows that he still loves her in spite of this, I think Sarita will eventually come to except that what Clementine did was for her good, and welcome her with open arms again.

I think he'd have every right to be a villain, Look at all the shit he's been through..
He's lost his wife, his son, Lee, his other friends, and now Sarita. But yet he still keeps going, he's a beast if you ask me.
