I understand what you mean, like i myself have had a fist fight before and i used the lockers to keep him from moving, but for example, most of the leverage that Clem got against Winston was by stabbing him, and pushing him into walkers, if it was just something like a school yard scrap between Clem and Winston where she didnt attempt to murder him, winston would have won, and im assuming that if Clem and Becca fought, Clem wouldn't push her into walkers, attempt to bite her finger off (well maybe) or stab her with a branch

it would probably be pretty even if they were to actually fight. Like someone stated earlier Becca is older and bit taller and has more food in her and well rested so a 11 year old girl who's just running off steam could be pretty easy to handle. But i feel becca would underestimate clementine because of her age and like walt said in episode 2 clementine shouldn't look down on that but use it to her advantage. and from what we've seen in episode 1 with the chase scene with Winston is that clementine likes to fight dirty using her surroundings so if becca were to pin clem to the ground she could easily grab a rock and smash beccas face in.

Very true and I agree. But there are countless ways to be tactical in a fight and not maim the person. Returning to my examples:

Fighting on dirt or sand- particles in the eyes makes it very hard to see, let alone fight
Something behind Becca's head- there is a lamp behind Becca's head. BAM.
You don't need to irreparably hurt the person to win the fight.
That isn't all she has eaten in two weeks. There were definitely meals we didn't see her eat. And I would guess they feed the guests at Carver's camp fairly well. We don't know if Becca is good at environmental manipulation and such, but we do know Clem is. With all the physical training Clem gets on a day to day basis I doubt Becca is all that much stronger than her, though she could be. Again I'm not saying Clem would win, I'm saying age isn't much of a variable in the outcome. Especially between the two candidates.

Besides, where Becca may intimidate with her smart mouth, she hasn't shown any true evidence of being as tough as Clementine. Becca might, at this stage, be physically tougher, but Clementine is decidedly more resourceful. The schemer will always prevail over the fighter.
