Omid and Christa will return (Theory)
I have multiple arguments for why they could return.
1) Christa was pregnant and she lost her baby and she could possibly take care of the baby. (We do not know how though)
2) Omid in episode 103 was talking about Civil War History and one of the achievements says "Reached the Museum". TellTale does not put in pointless dialogue.
3) The place where Omid and Lee were talking about was in fact "Parkers Run" where, guess what, the group is heading to meet up.

Omid is dead, Let it go, and the only way they could have christa return without it seeming too cliche would be at Wellington, but that is just #BoatSeason2

omid is 100% dead no matter what you think he was point blank shot in the heart right in front of us if he were alive I don't think christa and clem would have left him they would have made sure he didn't turn and buried him anyway so he 100% isn't coming back

Predicting wrong, you see: when somebody gets shot in the heart it's almost instant death, in cases like Omid's one he could survive if he had the conditions, but he doesn't so hes most likely dead. Christa on the other hand was left out of scene so we can think if shes alive or not.

It's just a THEORY. Think about it, we went into Crawford for him and he gets killed off in the first 5 minutes. It could possibly be a happy reunion and Omid and Christa could raise the baby.
