What if, no matter what choice you make regarding Sarita, another walker bites her in the neck and pulls her down into the herd, and she dies there? would you be angry? amused? relieved?

Actually, this is where you get into the complexities of the English language. Trolly should theoretically be pronounced similarly to Trolley, where the o stays short because of the double l. But then how would one get the needed long 'o'? Then again, why is the 'o' in Troll long? It should be Trole, or Troal or something like that. Should we get rid of the double l and say Telltale is being Troley? Of course, English spelling dates back far more than current pronunciation, but it hasn't been updated...

well.. think about how much choices matter. In episode 1, you can leave during the day, or at night. that does... nothing except kill Chet. you can Choose to save either shawn or duck. Shawn dies and Duck lives no matter what. you can choose to either side with Kenny or Larry. either way duck isn't bitten and makes it out.
I think the choice is more geared towards clementine and her overall state of mind and transformation as a human being throughout the entire season 2.
chopping sarita's arm off to try and save her from turning or just killing the walker and let her be bit and turn....the real effect will be on clementine, imo.
it does suck that sarita may die either way (just like pete), but I believe the choice does make a difference in the end when it comes to clementine and how she will turn out in the end.
The thing is the can't, TellTale don't have the resources to split the story too much for everyone so the only way it could really change is if this season was the last.

I think is impossible for her to live after that, but I mean at least she dies but we have a moment to talk with her about Kenny and about what she thinks and all that stuff.

First off, watch the fucking racism. Sarita is my girl. Secondly, I don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
She'd probably die either way, but Kenny might act differently towards Clem depending if she hacked Sarita's arm off or not. He might be pissed at Clem for not getting rid of her arm or he'd just be depressed and short tempered if you cut her arm off and it would be the Katjaa/Duck situation all over again.
That's impossible, our choices always matter, especially in season 2!
