I only found it because when I play again the new episode of the game, I change the save file and generate choices for missed episodes. That was when I saw Nick got bit. I never got the chance to screenshot it because I was surprised. I thought he will live. I guess he will die one way or another. Sorry guys. That's telltale.( In memory of Ben)
