Clementine; Everyone's personal bodyguard.

edited July 2014 in The Walking Dead

Pete: Look after Nick

Carlos: Watch Sarah

Alvin: Look after my girls

Why would they even trust her!

Comments

  • They just like to boss Clem around.
Like in episode 2 Alvin asks if you can check to see if there is food while he sits on his fat ass doing nothing.

  • Are Nick and Alvin even worth saving?

We're about to find out for Nick but not sure about Alvin.

  • Carlos was finally realizing he could not shield his daughter from the catastrophic world and accepted outside help.

  • [removed]

  • I didn't really interpret like that. In most cases, I thought of it as the person asking Clementine to be there for his/her loved one and help them cope. The exception being when Luke asks Clementine to keep an eye on Nick, which seems literal.

  • I prefered Alvin's second ending. He dies trying to protect his family.

  • Yeah Alvin's definitely worth saving just for his second death. Its the most emotional death this season.

  • Well, Clem is the only one in the group who can actually do things correctly and not: dissappear all the time (Luke), pick fights with everyone (Kenny), shoot carelessly (Nick), act super shadily (Jane), break down in tears all the time (Sarah), etc.

This one's got a good spirit. That's why.

  • They all asked her to do those things because she was the only person there at the time. Pete was about to die, Carlos had to rush out and Alvin was about to die too. I'm sure if there had been another character like Luke with her at the same time then they would've asked Luke instead.

  • I honestly have no idea why you got downvotes.

  • Eh. No reason not to. She does everything else. It's not like she's going to randomly lose her mind, so she's a capable choice.

  • I guess they trust her, Clementine's actions can prevent Alvin from dying in the second episode which leads to him saying that in the third episode.

  • Maybe all those characters will be determinants? Just to see which promises you kept.

  • Clementine is life, Clementine is love, Clementine is strength. But most important, Everyone'sClemInTime!

    Huh? Huh? Ok, I'm sorry.

  • ... I laughed. :D

  • Exactly what I'm thinking, the game is testing how far we can keep our promises and vows. Great minds think alike!

    (Hypothetical Kenny death scene)

Kenny: C-clementine, take my beard. Take care of it... D-don't let anything bad happen to it.

  • He came in later though ^^

  • Don't worry, I was wondering the same thing but then I saw his name and was like : NOPE

Jesus Christ, I literally just saw that.

  • That was the quickest ban in the forum's history.
