Season Finale explained [SPOILER]

Here is my explanation about how it all adds up.

Faith dies before the first episode and Nerissa glamouers herself to try and do something to fix the situation they were in. While she were at the Woodsmans apartment, Bigby shows up and she started trusting him. Trusted him enough and thinking he could help save and protect Fabletown. Why would she glamouer herself? "These lips are sealed". If she could tell anybody, Snow, Bigby or whoever she would have done that form the get go, but i think that she at first tried to do something on her own before meeting up with Bigby for the first time (as Faith).

The same way she helped lead him to the motel to find the spot where Lilly was killed, she put dead Faiths dead on Bigbys doorstep to drag him into the whole thing, again thinking he could help and fix everything, which he eventually do.

This all becomes clear when you come to the end of Episode 5. She says a line "You're not as bad as everyone thinks" which only she and Bigby knows about. Bigby starts to think about the conversations and eventually comes to the conclusion (like many of us) that Nerissa was Faith (in the game) all along.

So there you have it. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but i think that if you consider these factors, it's mostly true.

  • That's how I took it, except for the part where you say that Bigby shows up by coincidence and that's where she starts trusting him. I suspect she planned to get Bigby involved from the very start. Why else would she just so happen to be causing a disturbance with Bigby's oldest rival while glamoured up? Unless she thought the Woodsman himself was going to do jack s*** about the murder, there would be no reason to be glamoured as Faith while visiting him unless she was expecting Bigby to turn up.

But yeah, otherwise, this theory seems the most straightforward and logical to me.

  • Well that could be true as well. She might have known that Bigby would come if she started a ruckus. Good point. But for me it started when she actually meet him and then noticed that HE is the man to do this job, which is when she "recruited" him by putting Faiths head at his doorstep.
