I need help

im trying to play walking dead season 2 and im at the start of episode 2 when the guy takes me im at the bit when the zombie is stuck on the stick and it the game tells me to move my mouse to the right and when i do IT DOES NOT WORK, its not my mouse either because when i go out of the game the mouse works, i dont know whats happening.

    Are you sure you're supposed to use the mouse? Try using the keyboard.

    You're supposed to be using the WASD buttons.

    Up = W

    Down = S

    Left = A

    Right = D
