I find shipping a bit odd, although I wouldn't lose sleep over Luke and Nick actually being gay, It'd bring a sense of realism to the world, we haven't seen any gay characters as of yet.

He is so soft spoken, and he doesn't have qualms about dropping a girl when frightened, but i don't think he would ever drop Nick like that. He dresses well for the apocalypse and never has a harsh word to say about anyone.
He can still be straight with all that, but yeah he does give a weird vibe.

I think the fact people constantly forget about them says a lot about how well they function as representation--which is to say, they don't.
I still think it'd be funny if Bonnie and Nick were both senselessly head-over-heels for Luke and Luke was completely oblivious to it, and in the end not particularly interested in either of them.

you got a good point. The LGBT community needs to have a good representation in the media, but unfortunately they don't. They are often portrayed as either closeted or sexual deviants
When is it stated that they have feelings for each other? They're just good friends, Nick even said he's known Luke for nearly 20 years.
I can't say I'm big on the whole shippy side of it, but I do push for the idea that one or both of them could be gay, because it would be a wise chance for Telltale to make up for the "blink and you miss it" representation that Walter and Matthew were meant to be.

That's a stereotype. You've probably crossed paths with tons of gay men with lots of varied personality types, but because they didn't act flamboyant, you probably just assumed they were straight.
