Cluke is pedophilia, whereas Nuke is two consenting adults. Not exactly comparable.
I highly doubt Telltale would ever do anything to imply Cluke because they're decent folks there and they know that kind of thing just isn't right, but when it comes to whether or not Luke and/or Nick could be homosexual, you can't really speak for the writing team. It's entirely possible they could be, and they're not exactly writers that shy away from diverse characters. I mean, Luke had that one line about talking to girls, but nothing's ever indicated Nick likes girls. Straight isn't a default sexuality, you know.
It's probably more likely that they're just friends, but don't act like the idea is unthinkable. It's not unheard of and, unlike Cluke, there's nothing WRONG with it, either.

What's the problem of Luke and Nick being lovers? I actually never thought about it, not even when Kenny made that statement, but it really doesn't bother me if it was true. So why would it bother you?

I wouldn't actually have a problem with it but i just don't see that happening from what i've seen so far.
Some people are embarassed to say they like someone, that's pretty normal in my opinion.
I'm just saying that it's not impossible.
I mean... if you're as generally insecure and hot-tempered as Nick is, and some random stranger who was JUST holding you at gunpoint mockingly questioned your sexuality while you're still getting over the trauma of killing someone earlier that day, how else would you react?
Given what kind of person he is, I really can't imagine him saying, "Aw thanks bro I think we're a good match too."
Be it that he's gay and hiding it, or he's straight and just peeved at Kenny's comment, Nick getting angry and saying "What's that supposed to mean?" is really the only reaction I could imagine him having in that situation.
Nick and Luke might very well have a thing. We don't know. shrug
