There's no such thing like PSN EU. There're different stores for each EU country.
Still not out on german PSN. Not even possible to search manually because Sony changed their shop and the whole search funktion in order to drive people crazy and TT messed up as well for every single DLC release. The only thing that can be found in the Shop is the Season Pass (for TWDS2 you'll even have a hard time to find the Season Pass). It's a big problem for TWAU and TWDS2 to find episodes in the store from very beginning but looks like TT does not care.

It should be out on Xbox, is it giving you a error? If it is you can try looking at the Xbox support section to see if there are any solutions to your problem

Do you own the season pass? I don't have the Xbox version so i'm not sure of the menu layout but i think you should be able to download it from inside the game.
If anybody who owns the Xbox version and knows the layout of the menu can help that would be great
Where is Ep. 4 and 5 for Kindle Telltale? WTF? This is so f'd up. You guys have lost all semblance of professionalism by consistently ignoring Kindle customers. We still don't have Ep. 4 even though it's been out for TWO MONTHS for everyone else. You need to communicate with your PAYING customers, otherwise we won't be PAYING you anymore.

Yeah, it's not available for Android yet. Episodes 1 through 4 are available for the Kindle though (and episode 5 will hopefully be coming soon), which is an Android based platform, so it seems like Telltale plans to release it for Android soon too. This is actually the first announcement that Telltale's made about an Android release, as far as I know, so I'll update the unofficial FAQs with the information. The waiting threads are your best bet to see when the episodes are out, as Telltale's not the best at making release date announcements for the platforms that come after the game's release. The mods don't have any inside knowledge either unfortunately, so we rely on people commenting in those threads that the game is out too. We do try our best to keep the release date threads and such updated once people post that the games are out though.

From what I can gather (from reading news sites, as I don't own an Android device, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), Android is in the same situation as the Kindle right now, with episodes 1-4 being available now, and episode 5 still being developed. Hopefully it won't be too long before episode 5 is released on Android devices (Kindle included).

Telltale does not release the episodes themselves, as far as consoles and PC go. It's up to the distributors. I am not sure about iOS though.
Apple does not control in-app releases (iOS situation) the programer does (TellTale). So... It's up to telltale...

I just went to newest add ons in the marketplace and it's not showing there for me, do I have to go on the game and download it from there?

Yes, you have to download it from the in-game download content menu and not the marketplace in order to get the new episode.
