She's still a kid. Clem didn't ask to be put in any of the situations she ended up in, even though no one really did. Still, I feel like she… more still be regarded as a kid. She's not an adult, and she is just a kid. No matter how mature and extraordinary a child, she's still just a little girl who needs to be reminded it's okay not to be in charge of everything.
Honestly, I had a weird vibe about him too. He comes off, at times, too "strong." Saying things like "Clem, you talk to the potentially vicious and ravenous stranger with a loaded spring bolt action rifle." "Ok, cool. Nothing weird or out of place about that."
But, he is kind of growing on me. I now know he can, at least partially, be trusted.
He gives me the feeling that he might be hiding something but I definitely don't think he's got anything sinister in mind for Clem. I think their relationships more older brother and younger sister.

The only thing that bothers me about Luke is the fact that he seems to disappear all the time during the most unexpected and crucial moments. It could be nothing but it feels like Telltale emphasized the importance of his mysterious disappearences in the game with many characters wondering where he is. Maybe he is hiding something. But other than that, it feels like he really cares about Clementine in a brotherly way. He is the opposite of Kenny and I think it will be up to us to decide who we relate to the most.

As a person who has watched far too much porn, read a lot of horror stories, searched pedantically for gore pictures and newsclips of horrible shit happening, educated myself on serial killers (how they think, why they do the shit that they do etc) - I'm telling you: your mind is in the gutter and you need to get it out of there.
"When we had to cross the bridge and he asked me to come, I was wondering why not another adult?"
... So you'd just want to watch while the other characters do the talking and all the interesting stuff, what?
Game or not, it is a good question. You're an adult, and may be walking into a very dangerous situation (which it turned out to be), and you're going to bring a child along with you for not only support, but to do all the talking for you?
I like Luke - but I'd be lying if I said I didn't think something was up with him (I'd almost assume he was popping pills at times).
Though I do understand why Clementine was chosen to accompany him (so the player had something to do); that could have always been worked around.
Well, that reasoning is odd, but your opinion. I'm just saying I wouldn't send a 9 year old, or however old exactly, to risk her life just b… moreecause she's wise. Would you send an elementary kid with an amazing IQ and wisdom beyond their years to fight in a war, just because they're "wise"?
people thought he was bit at first BLAH BLAH but he wast, he was just hungry and tired BLAH BLAH BLAH
but I still get this weird feeling from him. like he is hiding something -_-
I think his fault is that he is a bit too nice and naïve. Like when he wanted to spare Carver or when he got upset when Clem said she had to kill a dog. He's just genuinely trying to befriend Clem.
He might have also realized how she felt lonely being in the apocalypse without any family members, because in the cabin group he was also the only loner there. So he feels extra protective of her.
To me they seem to have a big bro / little sister relashionship, and it's kinda cute. Clem needs all the friends she can get.

like chuck said, if you treat her like a little girl, she'll die a little girl.
Actually, that's wife husbandry. Like in Twilight with half-naked wolf dude and Rene-whatsherface. That shit is creepy on a whole other level. shudder

I guess that would depend on Clementine's actions
What exactly do you mean by "actions?"
Yeah I suppose but that's the closest their relationship should go.
By actions I mean like the decisions she makes and the dialogue she uses when speaking to Luke... I hope you didn't misinterpret what I typed x. x

Maybe he found a new group of survivors that he's planning to introduce to Clem and co.?

good point,i never thought of this before
No, I just got this feeling you were implying something. My apologies for misinterpreting your statement.
Aw man, ever since these bastards brought up the idea of Cluke, everyone won't shut up about pedophilia. This is getting really annoying

Ten, going on 11 - but yeah, still very much a little girl.
I guess some people forget that Luke isn't the only who cares about Clementine![:3 :3](https://community.telltalegames.com/resources/emoji/blush.png)
He's to perfect imo, wouldn't be surprised if he was the leader of the grape juice box empire.
I have a werid theory that maybe suggests why he acts werid around Clementine.
Rebecca knows that Clementine is aware the baby what if it's not Alvin's baby or Carvers baby, it's Luke's.
I don't see anything wrong with Luke.
