Clementine's Future

So obviously with Clementine being basically raised and trained right by Lee, she's definitely a survivor. With Lee gone, I myself think she toughened up a lot. How far do you think this little girl can make it on her own? & What do you guys think the future holds for her?

  • She's in the zombie apocalypse, the only thing thats in store for her future is misery, pain, and god forbid DEATH.

  • I agree, I just don't want to see her lose all her humanity and become just a hardcore killer. I raised her better than that! BTW clever name.

  • I don't see why she can't just settle down in Wellington (if it's still standing strong with good people in it) and live the rest of her life "normally". Is such a thing even possible in The Walking Dead? Join a large community of settlers in a quarantine zone, and enjoy her time without the fear of death or loss? I don't want her to become a complex, emotionally strengthened heroine of the zombie apocalypse. I just want her to return to whatever can pass for a "normal life".

  • That's also my dream. I want her to find a way to get away from all that crap and just live as normally as she can.

  • Unelss a cure is found then its death at some point, its going to happen at some point, its just to difficult to contain the virus, the only hope is some kind of large quarantine zone of survivors, but even the long term on that is sketchy, all food will have been looted soon along with clothing and fuel ammunition. so we would have to go back the dark ages but with the threat of zombies.. damn tough ask if you ask me..

  • she might get to the breaking point where she might "lose it."

  • Children don't last very long in the apocalypse, even the survivors that have learn to adapt to the apocalypse. Unless she remains in a strong group, she won't make it every long. That's why Carl made it pretty far, he was rarely left alone and he always had a strong group with him.

  • Clementine will eventually die. I know it's horrible to think of it like that, but it's true. Just because she's being described as a "precious little girl" don't make her any different from anybody else.

If she had an immunity to the infection, then fair enough. But it's a bit obvious Clementine won't be surviving until she's an old woman.

    omg no way

  • Yeah, even with the cure they would only be able to save people from the reanimation, but they could load up on needles containing the cure for ammunition, since the disease is what causes the reanimation, I would think the cure could shut them down. As for provisions... maybe they could build up a base and start over from there kind of like in Season 3-4 of AMC's TWD at the prison :p
