I don't think that directly affects the size.
How come episode 2 was longer than episode 3 but it was less megabytes?
I think it'll be around the same length. Remember when everyone got their hopes up about Carver's camp containing hubs or the episode itself being long? Honestly, around 90 minutes is the length I'm expecting.
Larger file size doesn't mean longer episode. It could also just mean more new models, more audio, environments take up more space, etc.
A long episode would be amazing for me.
This was the length of the episodes in Season 2:
= Episode 1 - 90 min
= Episode 2 - 110 min
= Episode 3 - 90 min
And my prediction for Episode 4 is 100 min.

It might have to do with episode 3 probably having to generate one of the largest hordes of any episode... but I don't know by how much. But that may just farther prove the point that if episode 4 is larger, and it doesn't have many hordes, it make me a longer episode? Who knows.

Somehow I'm not reassured by knowing the episode is longer than an hour.
Titanfall is 35 gb audio, file size doesn't mean a thing.

If the episode were to be long they would have to add things that interest the player to keep them playing
or just add hubs and dialogues filled with feels.
