What happened to the rest of the group?
As we can see in the new screenshots, Clem is with Bonnie, Luke and Kenny and the area is drastically different to the one shown in the preview. That means Sarita, Nick (determinate), Sarah, Mike, Jane, Rebecca and Rebecca's baby are all dead or MIA which I find hard to believe. So what do guys think is happening?

No, I don't think they showed Sarah and Sarita because there fate is unknown. And they didn't show Nick because he is determinant.
Either separated, dead, photshopped out of the picture, or just somewhere else.
If Rebeccas gonna give birth this episode the rest of the group might just be at safe place with her while Clem and the others go look for Sarah or something.
mostly they might have been left out for spoilers t_t does that alot or they might be in the back rear guard and they are the front guard with the weakest inbetween the two good way to protect people

I agree with Carley123's statement but also if Rebecca's going to give birth this episode, they wouldn't show her or her baby anyway because of spoilers.
Jane and Mike though? Idk.
It could've been just an oversight on TT's part.
Like the trailer for season 1, episode 2.
In that you see Ben firing a rifle and holding back walkers.
In the actual episode, Ben doesn't do any of that.
I'm not so sure.
If you remember the first season, even though Carly is a determinate character, if she survived, she was shown in trailers for upcoming episodes.
I'd guess some of them have to stay with Rebecca
