That doesn't happen in TTG games. People don't change clothes that often in Video Games.
I thought it was Ralph first, but the sleeves don't match up.
Its most likley someone new. However someone having different cloths dosnt mean its not them, people can change cloths. And if Kenny can survive all that crap then victor can survive being left on a stream

Ben gets a red hoody in episode 3 under his jacket, Clem gets yellow sleeves in ep 2 and a determinant hoody as well. Im just saying clothes really dont mean anything.

Its just a teaser screenshot. That may not even be what the character looks like. It may just be there to represent bandits stopping the group. We will know soon
