Anybody else sad that...?
We never got to use our money.Ive had kept it all in case for its need,but it never happend.What if we had the option of buying glamours for the toads?
EDIT: Turns out you could,lol.Toad still dosent get the glamour,so it was pretty useless.

Episode 4 while in the office when snow is talking to Bluebeard.
I know some people had money to give to Toad but the dialogue option wasn't available for them. It was for me. I think you had to trigger something for it to come up. I know I went to the Lucky Pawn first and talked to Toad about the glamour briefly and tried to give him money there but he wouldn't accept it. Later at the Business Office, the option popped up again and I was able to give it to him.
This was all in episode 4
