A quick, undetailed way I see things happening at the end of this season.
So, I see Rebecca giving birth next episode, the group encounters whoever survived at the store, some people die, the group runs into some ruins to escape the walkers or some other group, more people die, Rebecca dies and leaves the baby in the care of Clementine, Clementine exits the ruins and overlooks a horizon. While she looks over the horizon, she sees a figure who looks like Christa. After that, the game cuts to the credits, and we'll get an advertisement for season three.
So, do you think this is plausible, reader?

Mhhhh... Clementine can't do that I think...
Look at it this way, if you were told during season 1 that Clementine was going to do the things she has done in season 2, then would you have believed it?
How would Clem Feed Rebecca's Baby?
She's a resourceful person. She'd figure something out.
I don't know... that is A LOT like where season 1 ended off. When clementine sees the two silhouette in the distance and we didnt know who it was. (more then likely it was Omid and Christa)

I have a hunch that Christa will come back in Episode 4
That last bit with Christa actually does seem plausible.
A cliffhanger like that, though? It's been done before.
I feel like the preview for Season 3 should be of how Clementine and the rest of the Survivors are doing from where they left off.... perhaps they might have even started their own Community?
