You can't really say if the last one is True or False... if it's false - they could end up bringing them into the game, if it's true - they could take them out of the game.
I want number 12 to be true so much. Too bad Kirkman is an idiot.
May I ask why you want it to be true? I'd think it'd be interesting to see a more fascistic military dictatorship set up somewhere and claiming that it's a Protective Military Enclave of the United States of America, but the FRS could be interesting too.
