So, I read in the walking dead trivia that some guy confirmed that the baby is in fact Carvers. So let's say Rebecca gives birth to the baby in a relatively safe environment, and everyone is happy and stuff. But, then, Rebecca looks at the baby and she says something like: "It isn't his after all..." with a sad face. The cabin group and Clem know what she's talking about and they're all sad with her, but Kenny doesn't, and he's like: "What are you taling about? Whose baby is it?" Someone tells him it's Carvers, and then he's all like : "So, the only reason he brought us there is because of you ?! You're the reason Walter and Sarita are dead and I'm missing an eye !" And other stuff that he tends to say.
So, Kenny's pissed off at Rebecca and then you get to choose a dialogue option, and most people including me would choose the one that says something like : "It's not her fault, leave her alone, Kenny!"
And then Kenny is mad at Clem too, so then Luke, as the leader of the cabin group starts arguing with Kenny, and then you have to choose who to side with.
It's just something I see happening because Kenny tends to go mad because of these kind of things, and when Kenny is mad it triggers a lot of other, not nice things....

I think Kenny already knows, at the end Carver says "don't pretend you didn't enjoy every second of it"
So yeah I think he already worked it out.
I'd so side with Kenny, I would've left the cabin group behind to live with Kenny, Walt and Sarita at the lodge in a heartbeat.

Looking at a kid and judging on their skin tone or hair color that someone is their father can fall flat. There are black couples who have had white children with blonde hair. There was a case a few years ago of a black couple having twins. One was black, the other was white with blonde hair. It's also the American south. I very much doubt the majority of blacks in the south are purely of African descent. Thomas Jefferson was notorious for bedding his slaves. I doubt he was the only one.
A child can also not have any resemblance to either parent and be a throwback to a previous ancestor so ignoring skin tone and looking at features falls flat just as easily.
Then you got the case of the redheads appearing seemingly out of no where, but that's not related to this.
Only way to prove paternity for certain is a DNA test and that isn't happening. We can get Telltale's explanation and that's about as good as we'll get.
There is no reason for Kenny, etc to attack an innocent child over something it had no say in, and we don't know the circumstances behind why Rebecca was in Carver's bed. Some men don't know when a woman is enjoying something (look at surveys comparing how many men think their partner enjoyed their intimacy versus their partners saying they were really lacking). Carver might have believed Rebecca was enjoying herself but she was faking it the entire time. She could have been fooling Carver to try to give them a leg up on escaping. We don't know. Rebecca obviously regrets her mistake. The worst punishment she can get is one she gives herself at this point. No sense kicking her even more than she's already doing to herself.
It's pretty much a guarantee that if an argument with Rebecca over her baby's father is brought up, even if she died, it won't drop. Someone will move their frustration to the child even though the child had no say in the matter, and someone will take issue with it in the future (if any of the cabin group lives) causing the kid severe issues later and potentially resulting in more dying. People can hold strange grudges. It's best to just let bygones be bygones. Carver's in the past at this point. No sense beating a dead horse. There's other things to focus on. Getting caught up on something trivial can lead to something stupid. We saw that enough in season 1.

I'd side with Kenny, because I'm pretty sure that would be the easiest way to calm him down and bring him to his senses. Also, I'd be cutting him some major slack if he loses another loved one, it's not easy going through that twice.
Kenny already knows I think. He's not an idiot, I think he's worked everything out already. Especially since Carver admitted to raping Rebecca before he beat his skull in.
It helps that they had a ton of food, a save place to live, nice people one of which you know, power from the wind turbine, and most of all they had no crazy lunatics chasing them.

Honestly, I can't see Kenny getting mad at Rebecca for that. Sure, he gets mad at a lot of things, but I don't think he would hold it against her. It would be really unfair of him if he did.

I highly doubt that it will happen. I think that Kenny already realized whose baby is it. But if it will happen, I'll choose something like "Calm down, everyobe!" or another neutral answer.
I agree Malthur,i wanted to stay at the lodge,all these deaths are the cabin groups fault because that is where it stemmed from.
If he gets pissed off at Clem then I'm done with him, I have done SO FUCKING MUCH FOR HIM. I stood up for him when the others considered leaving him behind, I prevented his girlfriend from getting herself hurt, I sat with him at th dinner table. I hope he doesn't pull a "you've looked out for yourself---" at me, he better not.
A "bomb" is an accurate description of Kenny, actually.
That does not mean he knows for sure the baby is his. Like, there is literally zero possible way he could know for sure.
