Quick Robin, to the Crooked Lair! (Where is it?)

So yeah I decided to make this topic because this has been bugging me since episode 4.
The Crooked lair is a location somewhere where the Crooked man and his cronies hang out. You can only get there by portals that pop from place to place and apart from a cryptic indication from Jersey, we got no idea where it is exactly.

Here is my theory.

What if the Crooked Lair....is in the Homelands?

Think about it, it would explain the fact Bigby or any other Fabletown authority was not able to come across the Crooked Man anytime soon because he operated off world and also the waste of magic for rotating portals while you could just drive anywhere for three hours....catch my drift?
That is just my two cents. where do you think the Crooked lair is?

When I first heard about it, I always thought that Crooky had multiple bases/homes in and around New York city - such as a condemned building, harbor, movie theater, you get the drill.

  • Yeah i do, its just because it isn't mentioned the Codex/Book of Fables that it left me pondering.
There are plenty of abandond churches in NY so he could've converted one and used the same magic that protects Fabletown and the Farm.
    Also "Crooky"? Nice.

  • ....but how did he escape the adversary army?

  • Well he could use the same cloaking magic they use for fabletown or it's in a nook/cranny of a conquered world that nobody cares about OR it's a world that hasn't been conquered yet.
