It's kind of obvious why they deleted it, since it reveals spoilers. Though I think this was obviously going to happen. So it isn't that much of a surprise.
Hardly a spoiler. Last time we saw her she was bitten in the hand. We could chose to release her hand and leave her to slowly die, or TRY to save her by chopping the bite before it spreads, as Reggie. Sarita wasn't as cool as I thought about it and instead of being saved turned into a dinner bell.
Looking at this screenshot, I'm assuming they didn't chop off her arm. Now, this is just speculation.
If you don't chop off the arm, Sarita makes it out of the herd, she's dying but she gets to say goodbye to Kenny before she does.
If you chop off the arm, Sarita does not make it out of the herd, she dies right there, eaten by the walkers attracted to the blood gushing from her wound.
If this is how it goes down, it will be awful because so many people chopped off her arm.
maybe its just a moment alone for them, why would they give us a choice to cut her arm off or not and then just have her killed off in the next episode, like if you do cut her arm maybe shell live through episode 4 but die in episode 5
No, I don't think so. When someone is about to turn they're skin goes REALLY pale. Sarita doesn't look pale, her skin is still the same as it was before. And we also don't see her other arm.
She looks paler to me, granted, not as pale as Lee got at the end of Season 1, but obviously she's in discomfort since she suffered a big injury. And the hand/arm that is shown in the picture is the one that Clem chops off if you choose to do so. We don't really need to see the other arm.
