So while Clem, Bonnie and Luke are protecting the entrance to where Rebecca's giving birth, you can see her legs are up in a manner that would suggest someone is definitely helping her.
Mike and Kenny seem to also be protecting her at this time, so that leaves....Jane? Or a new member.

The trailer could be misleading; any one of the group could be helping her. Or maybe no one is. That's what I thought when I first watched it, at least.

Kenny is the only member in the group who has had a child before so he probably knows how to deliver a baby.

OT: Maybe Jane? I also noticed we will meet two new characters in this episode, but I don't think they will help Rebecca giving birth. It would seem a bit too convenient. Then again, I wouldn't rule it out.
Frankly, I don't have any clue. I guess it's possible that Rebecca, while being protected by the group on all sides, gives birth on her own, but that's only a guess.
I'm pretty sure that's Kenny kneeling beside Rebecca while she gives birth. Seeing as how he probably helped Katjaa while she was in labour with Duck, it makes sense.
Clem, Bonnie, Luke, Mike and Jane are shooting to walkers. Sarita is dead. Nick and Sarah are determinant. It's Kenny or new character who wears the same trousers as Kenny.
In fact i think we will meet 3 new characters, the one Clem is hiding from, he has some kind of thing in his/her leg, the sedond one would be that person with glasses and the third one the one shooting while Rebecca is giving birth.

I guess Kenny could have helped Katjaa deliver Duck or something in the past, if that's him helping Rebecca.
