I was curious.... I wasn't sure exactly who was the person that was chained in the meatshop? I'm talking about the part where Bigby found this hidden lab....

His name faded, they don't know who he is,what should do to him, what will happen if put him down, and sometimes if they touch him, he'll say some dire predictions and those will come true.
