Since episode 4 picks up where episode 3 left off, I'm thinking of going back to kill the zombie that bit her instead of leaving her with her hand chopped off. Think about it, with her hand severed the zombies are going to zero in on her blood; plus she'll probably die from blood loss.

    Based on observation from the trailer, that scene is determinant. Who knows?
    Maybe if you chop her hand off, only her corpse escapes the herd.

    Also, you should probably put a spoiler warning.

    I thought about that, that's why I chose to chop the walker instead of her hand. Although who knows? I could have doomed her by not chopping off the bitten hand, it might be too late if they try to do an amputation later once they are out of the horde.

    After seeing her scream after chopping her hand off, I later decided to just kill the walker as I thought she would die.

    I think if you cut her arm off, she will be eaten by walkers, since in the first screenshot telltale has show us, the walkers aren't looking to Clem, and Sarita was bleeding and screaming...
