At this point, I don't think Telltale can really do anything in teasers/trailers to hype up her return.With Kenny, the line "I thought you were dead" was much more ambiguous; the trailer could've been hinting towards, say, Molly or Lilly or Christa just as much as it hinted at Kenny.
And if anything, I think her returning this episode without any previous hints would be awesome since it would be much more unexpected. Kenny's return barely surprised me thanks to all the hinting and "his fate will be explored" stuff.
If that's Rebecca's leg, she's really flexible or her legs are dislocated. Pregnant women have a hell of a time shaving their legs so I ver… morey much doubt she'd have her legs in that position. Someone would have to hold her legs like that which would make it incredibly uncomfortable for her (more than what she would already be in) and we see no evidence of hands holding her leg. Rebecca's position suggests her legs are only open as far as they need to be and not wide enough to require someone hold her legs or for her to hold them herself. Besides, it'd be impossible to give birth with pants on. It's someone kneeling next to Rebecca.
Bonnie, Clem, and Luke are currently preoccupied. Nick is determinant so by default it's not going to be him. Kenny is not pictured. Sarita's ... got other problems. I very much doubt it's Sarah. I was going to say Sarah, since what better job could she have in that situation? (No one's going to trust her to shoot walkers, probably.) She was reading a book about transdimensional body-snatchers of all things, which sounds like a sci-fi horror genre if you ask me, and a book with not so weak subject matter. So maybe a woman giving birth won't make her as queasy as dead human beings walking around lol.
