Well it's true that he's perfect. Not to disappoint y'all fangirls/fanboys but he is. He doesn't have any noticeable flaws other than he gets caught because he's too sleepy. He's basically a fangirl magnet, not an actual believable HUMAN as he should be.
A lot of people also negatively claim that Luke is "too perfect" and "makes no mistakes", so of course they have to go out of their way by pointing out all of his flaws and wrongdoings, and then go as far as accusing him of flipping pedophilia.
Uh wow, I think you're forgetting the reason he got caught was because he was human. If this were a different fictional universe where a character could do anything without getting exhausted, he definitely wouldn't have gotten caught. And Luke does have flaws that make him human: his plan failed, he was against killing Carver even though the majority of people thought he needed to die, and he's shown to be a bit insensitive towards Nick even if not intentional.

You have nothing to worry about unless Clem tries something first. Nate openly took in Russell, and Russell left him on his own decision. Clem can do the same, but I imagine Nate will hurt ANYBODY if they try to hurt him, so just as long as Clem is nice to him, she shouldn't have a problem.
Plus, he can teach her a thing or two about survival.
