I think we're going to get a heavy hit for causalities this episode. Here are my guesses:
Sarita (either from the bite/infection, or blood loss)
Rebecca (die from child birth/blood loss, tells group to leave her and take baby)
Rebecca's baby (still born, dies shortly after born, hopefully not by zombies)
Sarah (suicide, either with a gun or letting herself get bit/killed)
Nick (killed during a horde attack, killed by bad people)
Mike (killed during a horde attack while fighting)
Bonnie (killed by bad people or walkers, possibly sacrificing herself for group)
I have this bad feeling that shit is gonna completely hit the fan and Clem will be left with Luke and Kenny (possibly Jane too but she might bail) and they will be at each other's throats.
As far as I can tell, Sarita will most likely die (regardless of your choice in Episode 3), and I'm going to assume that 1-2 members of the group will also die.
Theres lots of reasons, some like her because shes a different type of character, she always nice (unless mean to her), in my playthrough we are best friends.
Ive even heard some like her because she looks like Ugly Betty xD
I doubt Clementine will die. She's the one character everyone like, so many fans, and i've heard someone from telltale has said that they think Clementine is safe because she got so many fans. But we'll see....
Kenny isn't going to die. Telltale wouldn't bring him back in S2 after his arc had very nice closure in S1. He came back, he's here to stay, at least until S3. The fact that he lost his eye in 203 signifies that Telltale has a lot more development for his character, otherwise they would have just killed him. He's making it to the finale for sure, and hopefully he'll be around longer than that as well.
Killing off Rebecca is the predictable thing to do. I however believe that Rebecca's pregnancy situation is going to be a plot device used to reveal what happened to Christa and her baby. Maybe, like Christa, Rebecca will survive childbirth and the baby will die?
Nick, I would say he survives too.... Telltale could have easily just killed him off in 203 but they kept him alive, and I believe that's for a reason. Hopefully we will see where keeping him alive helps our group in this episode. But his death is more plausible here.
As for people I think WILL die - I would say Sarita for sure. She's a goner. Sarah possibly, though it would be cool of Telltale to keep her alive for awhile and slowly train her to be badass now that her father can't hold her back. Rebecca's baby doesn't have high odds of survival either, in my opinion.

And also Sarah's broken glasses maybe a reference to the term "red tinted glasses" which means growing up very sheltered or something like that. and the glasses are broken. Could this be referencing Sarah's innocence and ignorance is coming to an end.
