What if Clem gave the radio to Carver
Would he beat Clem down like he did Kenny, or just give her a SARAH SMACK, and please, don't hate me because you think I want Clem to get hurt, I just wanted to know what would be Carver's reaction.

Oh, you might want to rephrase your question then because I thought you were talking about the choice. My bad.
Sarah smack. Maybe a little bit more if you were rude to him in past conversations. A Kenny style beat down would kill a girl her size.

My guess? Carver would be smart enough to know Clem isn't the ringleader. He'd probably smack or otherwise hurt her until Kenny takes responsibility. He kills two birds with ow stone; he gets to punish the ringleader and he show the "new people" that nobody, not even a kid, gets away with challenging his authority.
If you comment on his walkie talkie at the beginning of the episode when he's saying it ain't polite to stare and pick the "It got people hurt" option, he says :
"Well if you try taking this one honey, I'll hurt you myself."
That along with the "Don't test me girl, I'll pass every time" lines make me think he wouldn't have restrained himself at all.
He might not have beaten her as badly as to cause permanent damage or possibly death like Kenny, coz Kenny did call him fucker at his face, but it definitely wouldn't be just a Sarah smack either. I do think he'd beat the crap out of Clem.
Maybe snap a few of her fingers like he did with Carlos, since it wouldn't exactly kill her, but hurt a lot. It would also be kind of symbolic to break a thief's finger's so they couldn't steal again.
Multiple Sarah slaps.
She'll get beaten with a radio and Troy would probably shoot anybody who tries to stop Carver from doing so.

In one of the non-canon deaths, he upright shoots and kills Clem if you take too long to jump on him / shoot him. He just kills her! Before I saw that non-canon death I would've said that in regards to the radio, he'd just beat her badly but let her live, but after seeing that I honestly don't know how much he'd restrain himself.
I kind of agree, but the situation is sort of different, since he didn't have to subdue ten armed captives during the radio fiasco. He couldn't really make Clementine surrender with turning his back on the group and getting shot.
At the time of the radio incident, Carver actually respects her in a twisted way. He would hurt her, but I don't think he would risk beating her to death, too much wasted potential. Plus when word got to everyone else, he would look very bad; bashing a little girl's head in isn't very good for PR. :P But when everything goes to hell with the loudspeakers and such, he's starts lashing out like a wounded animal. The community he built is falling around him and I don't think he gives a shit who gets shot at that point.
I'm a bit out of it, hopefully I'm making some sense.

Yeah that's true, he could've gotten shot in the back if he wasn't careful, though they had their hands up in surrender and their weapons on the ground. Check it out. (I'm just referring to the first few seconds of the video.) Still a possibility though. He just murdered Reggie and didn't even deny it to Bonnie, so who knows if he cares about PR anymore. And you're right; he is lashing out. Forget about killing a little girl like Clem, he just said he'd murder Rebecca's baby in the link above too! "I'll put a bullet in you and that baby before I let you leave...."
I think it's fascinating how Carver respects Clem! If they don't revisit that theme in her arc about how Clem has the chance of becoming a ruthless Carver character in the future, I'll be very upset. Definitely I think Carver'd think of it as wasted potential if he killed her during the radio incident. That's why I was so shocked he could've shot her in the NCD! But anyway. If he did beat her during the radio thing, it would've been to communicate, "You've got guts, and you should keep being brave because we need people like you to get through this. But first you've got to obey me."
