I was thinking before that he would commit suicide since he says it felt peaceful to be almost beaten to death because he thought he was "floating away".
But now I'm thinking that if he wants to die, he'll do it for Clem (so basically sacrificing himself)

Either way he'll die and come back, with a new girlfriend, who will also die for his character development.
With the sacrifice I think so too it will be and it will be somewhere before the end of the piece seems to Rebecca when she will give birth and there will be a large wave of pedestrians and apparently think that Kenny is lured to the left that will kill them feed in the meantime she will bear.

Pedestrians = people who walk = walkers.... to a bad translator that doesn't know the reference.

I don't think he'll kill himself directly. If he does die it'll either be death y another human or he will sacrifice himself for someone else.
The trailer can be misleading. It does seem like hes going to die though but i really hope not
