Do they know?

Does the cabin group even know that people who aren't bit and die still come back?

I mean, they probably do 2+ years in. But I'm not sure they are aware of that. Maybe I just missed that part.

And also...why did neither Kenny nor Sarita ever mention Matthew again so far? I mean, what the hell? That seems like a giant plot hole to me. After Episode 2, he wasn't even mentioned anymore. Kenny and Sarita have no way of knowing he died, but still don't care about it at all?

  • From Matthew one is really sticking out to me. I mean, not once did Kenny or Sarita mention or ask about one of their obviously good friends that they've known for at least a month?! I know Luke mentioned "They're all startin' to ask about their friend Matthew, and they're all worried he's not back yet."

And we know Walter knew, but Kenny just said: "Walt! What's goin' on?" And then the damn dinner bell scene proceeded.

Unless they just assumed he's dead, that's a plothole.

  • Even if they assumed that, they still would have asked how it happened. I know I would have by then.

  • Yeah, probably a plothole.

  • Well if Sarita dies in Episode 4 (most likely), Kenny knows what to do

  • I've always thought that they assumed Matthew was okay because he wasn't with them when they were attacked by Carver. That's obviously not the case, but doesn't it make sense for them to think that?

Didn't Walter take Kenny aside at one point to talk to him around the scene where we run into Bonnie?
  • good questions
  • I think that Kenny and Sarita don't mention it because they didn't know at the time and right now they have allot of shizzle to go through.

With the Cabin group, I was wondering the same thing... they seem to only blame the bite.
