Is Kenny/Christa Delivering Rebecca's Baby?
In the trailer, only the jeans of the person delivering the baby are shown. As seen in this picture:
Those legs look familiar? Yeah, I know. I know what you're thinking. "It's Jane, right?". Well, no. As seen at 1:26 in the trailer Jane is helping fend off walkers from getting in.
The only other person I can think of that it could be is Kenny. Although, I don't see why Kenny would be delivering it. Here are Kenny and Christa's legs:

Christa delivering Rebecca's baby would be so perfect, having Christa back too would just.. ah. I think its Christa, personally!
I know! I have a feeling it will be Christa because the way they panned the camera only on the legs. Telltale is teasing something!
Then if Rebecca dies from childbirth then Christa can take on Rebecca's baby as her own, as she would've missed out on being a mother

Yeah that's what I think it's going to come down to, I still don't see a reason though. You'd think one of the women would be helping, but I guess it won't make sense until we see it happen. I'm really hoping they mention Christa in this episode, though.
Plus, I think it looks a sortof blue colour jeans, they look alot like Christa's to me!
I had a look into it, compared Kenny's model to the leg in the trailer and they appear to be one and the same.

Kenny probably helped Katjaa when she was in labour with Duck, so it would make sense.

This is kind of a weird idea, but what if he had some family flashbacks? Considering his family is...you know.

I was thinking out of the group: Kenny, Sarita or Sarah (or Nick)
Kenny and Sarita make sense although I feel like Sarita will die before this and I don't think those are Sarah's pants. (Also Nick has these camo pants so not him unless he changed.)
I don't know if Christa will come back or not but if she doesn't, I'm thinking Ken
That would be cool but I don't think TT does flashbacks and if they did then it would be from Clem's perspective and not Kenny's because she is the person we're playing as.
Kenny would probably reminisce about a past family event to the group instead of showing a flashback.
I do think flashbacks or hallucinations would be a nice little thing to see but it doesn't seem like TT would do that
Kenny would probably be the to help deliver the baby since he's had a kid before.
As much as I respect Kenny's skills I don't see him delivering a baby... I also don't see Rebecca wanting Kenny's help for that. Why didn't she ask Bonnie? Hmm... I just really hope it's Christa...
Oh! And if you help someone to deliver a baby don't you have to sit IN FRONT of them?? The leg we see is NEXT TO HER not in front!
Maybe the legs next to Rebecca belong to someone who is calming Rebecca down while someone else helps her give birth.
Could be a new or new character(s) (possible Christa? Idk)
