What was the worst scene in the entire series?

edited July 2014 in The Walking Dead

Whether it be hard to watch or just a horrible event.

(Other than the ending to Season 1)

  • Lee's Arm. I still cringe so hard every time I watch it, especially considering I didn't do it in my playthrough.

  • Nick's Death

  • Kenny getting beaten down, and Clem looking sad when hugging Kenny. It almost made me shed a tear. :'(

Any time someone kills Nick, it doesn't happen often, but it's hard to watch.

  • Omg this so much. Hated that scene.

  • I clicked on the thread just to say that. You've done it again, friend.

  • Stitching Clem's arm in All That Remains. >.<

Only because I have a serious phobia of needles...

  • Shooting Duck. Everything about it was just awful, but I couldn't let Kenny do it.

Hardest scene to watch would be Sarah whining in that crowd at the end of Episode 3.

  • 2 that i can't split
1: Lee getting bit, because you know that something is seedy given the trash cans and the walkie talkie yet you can't command Lee to be careful.
2: Being behind the gate and having to watch Ben and Kenny attacked by the walkers in the alley.
So, as you can see, decisions where i can't do anything about are hard to watch.
Even Kenny getting beat by Carver was hard to watch.

One of the worst scenes for me was for example when Lee found Mark on the floor - that made me sick and sad.

  • Whenever Reggie talked. Good god, that was cringe worthy.

  • Watching Carley messing around with that radio was pretty painfull to watch.

  • In terms of horrible content, Clem's mauling by Sam was pretty damn nasty.

  • I normally am fine with blood and gore, but when they were cutting Lee's arm off.

    Damn I just couldn't watch.

  • When Carley gets shot by Lilly.

  • That was so unexpected but afterwards I was in complete shock.

  • Did you leave Lilly?
Because when I look back I regret it a little, but I was so stunned that I wasn't going to let her come back.

  • Clementine killing Sam. I have a soft spot for dogs, so that was really hard to watch. It's ironic because I didn't even cringe when I cut Lee's arm off, but when the dog died, that's when I was almost shedding tears and becoming mentally scarred. The hell's wrong with me.

  • I left Lilly. It was for the best.

  • 1. The meat-locker. I try to revive him and then BOOM! Clementine see the whole thing too.

    2. Carver's death scene was really disturbing. Telltale went into really detail.

    3. Clem's non-canon deaths. To call them 'unsettling' is putting it lightly.

  • I felt no pity for Sam at all. Taking a chunk out of a little girl's arm costs you a lot of sympathy points, hungry or not.

  • Its true. Telltale wont make Sarah run off into a horde of zombies after her dad die and let her live.

She's either Dead - which would have no emotional impact

So she will be determinant - Have Impact, Another Choice to tick off.
  • It's a prediction, not a spoiler.

  • I completely agree!

  • Me too. I used to have a golden and now I have two little puppy idiots that I love with all my heart. So, being the dog person I am, it scarred me for a few days.

Worst scenes are roughly in 80 percent of S2E3.
