Flaws in the Scenario kills the game !
I like evolutive games, and like the choice-making you can do
.. but ..
What if the story completely IGNORES the choice you made? .. or the consequences from your choices? > in my opinion it spoils the game completely !
- I choose to kill Dee (or was it Dum?) .. next episode, he's just back, like nothing happens..
- I choose to let the tree of aunty greenleaf be, not destroing it .. further in the story it appears I did burn it ..
Sorry but these things makes a story VERY weak imo!
Walking dead, was clearly more refined, and prepared with more care .. the 'wolf among us' could have been good, but it's just disappointing because of scenario-inconsistencies.
Why give the choice when you don't do anything with it afterwards ?? .. instead, you should keep the players choice restricted, don't try to pretend to be choice-bounded story .. specially with such BIG decisions you're asked to make in a jiffy (time rolls out) ..
You should give this game away for free, it's simply too inconstant .. these could have been avoided, but you clearly choose to close the eyes, and 'forget' the mistakes instead .. where does that leave telltale, I wonder ..
(sorry for all the time you guys put in there, nice graphics, nice ambiance .. bad management of possibilities ! )
.. I'm a bit disgusted really ..

There must be an error on your part.
The tree burning thing happened with me too. I had rewound the game to the part where you can kill Dum so that I could let him live and see what changed, but then when I got to Crooky's trial the game decided I had burned the tree even though I actually hadn't.
Guess it's just problems with the saves. No biggy.
*Dum
I didn't burn the tree and Greenleaf confessed it,clearly they are save data problem
I don't want to be rude but people like you kills the mood and life.
I did both of the choices you made and had no problems.
