Jane is kinda like molly....
They both had a sister.
They both aren't too fond of groups.
And molly slept with that doctor, for medicine for her sister, and jane for.... Whatever reason. 
They both are seen more directly killing walkers instead of using guns.
They both eventually leave without telling everyone, unless you got molly killed.

Why is everyone making the Jane and Luke comparison to the Doctor and Molly? A much better example is Jane and Troy, as it's pretty much implied that she slept with him to get out of the 'yard'. Or idk, maybe she just really likes porkin'.
