So what was the EP4 slide about,then?
Don't get me wrong, I liked the Episode, but I don't really understand how the slide was related, the way the set it up was that some pretty dark/and or ritualistic shit was going down in this episode and then, they proceeded to show the 400 days characters when they weren't there either, So I'm just a bit lost? I guess it's just cut content.

If I were to guess, they were using those characters are placeholders for the Russian survivors. Or maybe Eddie was originally supposed to be a part of a different group, and they were representing that.
Either way, it looks like this is a representation of what happens DIRECTLY AFTER Episode 4; Clementine, surrounded by strangers, and bathing in blood (blood that most likely belongs to her friends). Doesn't look good.
Maybe, but they usually change the slide after the rewrites (Ala Episode 3, though that was still kinda a tease)
Didn't they do the same thing with TWAU Episode 3 (?) where you could see the police officer following Bigby? At least they changed the picture...

They rewrote the season because they have no idea what the hell they're doing.

The blood is easily explained. Clementine covered herself in walker blood at the end of episode 3, afterall.
I bet that the baby birth was meant to happen last episode, which then changed the majority of events in episode 4.

The slides are never in the episode. They are there to give you a feeling on how the characters are feeling.
