Favorite Season 2 Episodes So Far (Spoilers)
Compare them like this for those who like TL:DR;
2>3>4>1
And elaborate too:
I loved the hostage situation and how there were possibilities on who would die depending on your choices in episode 2. It was really tense and I remember being worried I'd screw something up. The reintroduction of Kenny was great for all the Kenny fans (I'm neutral) and the tense scene on the bridge was memorable and elaborates on Nick's character. I liked episode 3, just wasn't quite as tense as 2. 4 I was kind of underwhelmed by, not many of the choices mattered... I mean Nick's death was kind of lame and so was Sarah dying in the episode no matter what, with her life only being prolonged for a few hours depending on your choice. I wasn't a huge Jane fan, thought she was a lot like Molly (to the point where they should have just brought her back) and when she left at the end of episode 4 just like Molly it was kind of too similar. I didn't enjoy episode 1 whatsoever, didn't like Omid's death, the depressing dog thing, how none of the characters had much development and I was still expected to care for them by the end of the episode...
Anyway, share your thoughts!

for me it's more like 2>4>1>3. That's only by a very small margine though. I honestly am enjoying all these episodes almost equally.
4>3>2>1 IMO
Btw, who wrote episode four anyway?
All of them.
On a serious note, 2>4>3>1, even though I think all episodes are really great.
JT Petty and Eric Stirpe, according to the wikia.
4>2>3>1
Episode 4 and 2 were almost tied ( EP.4 - 10. EP.2 - 9.5) but the more I looked into it. Episode 4 was a bit better in my opinion. Episode 3 and 1 were also fairly close to each other. ( EP.3 - 9.2. EP.1 - 9.0)
I liked all of them but Episode 4 was probably the best one yet
(tied with Episode 2)
Thanks.
1>2>4>3
All That Remains, um, remains a great opener in my eyes. The threat of being alone, the fantastic chase sequence, and the intriguing mystery surrounding the cabin group still remain pretty well done, even though none of it means a fucking thing anymore.
A House Divided is definitely a technically better overall episode, so this is just my personal opinion, but after replaying it recently, it just kind of feels "eh" to me, probably because I know all the intrigue is for nothing. It just kind of gets slow after a while for me, particularly after the bridge scene until Carver shows up.
Amid the Ruins started out pretty good with some great balancing of different story arcs, barring Nick's shitty sendoff, and then fucked it all up midway through.
In Harm's Way was full of wasted potential right from the start, but is the opposite of Amid the Ruins in that it had a pretty fantastic ending, but that's not saying much considering everything before it.
A House Divided was by far the best episode this season. We started seeing Clementine becoming more accepted as a group member, created the beginnings of the rivalry between Luke and Kenny without it being too over the top or forced, Luke and Clementine started developing a sense of trust, Carver's introduction was creepy and left us uneasy, and Carver was set up as a villain that would be extremely interesting to explore.
All That Remains was, in my opinion, actually a good episode. Sam's death hit me hard, as well as Omid's.
I was really liking Amid the Ruins (the museum scene with Clem/Mike/Bonnie was perfect and adorable) but the Jane/Luke thing ruined it for me. I also did not appreciate how they killed off Nick. Why not let us spend those last few moments with him when he realizes he's about to die? Let us see his panic and depression, a moment where he's scared of dying alone. LET US TELL HIM THAT HE IS OUR FRIEND AND THAT PETE LOVED HIM. But no, he gets stuck in a fence and we have to kill him.
Not sure yet, I'll have to wait a few days before properly judging it. I need to give the awesomeness of Episode 4 time to process in my head, but in the mean time, I say A House Divided is the superior episode.
I agree with everything you said about A House Divided.
