Looks like we know what happened to Christa's baby now...
Clementine showed absolutely no idea how to help with a baby's birth, and she had no idea what it meant when a water broke. This means the baby died in Christa's vagina. Shame, but I guess this was for the best or something.

Yeah, I'm guessing it must've been a complete spontaneous abortion, when everything leaves the body.
So there would've been no walker-fetus to get out of Christa and kill. (Yeah not the best imagery; apologies.) 
It takes place before the 20th week of pregnancy, so it could've been. Though Christa looks pretty big at ep 201, not sure if she was past 20 weeks or not, though at the end of ep 105 she didn't show at all.
This also suggests why Clem seemed to not know anything. We've seen that Christa prepared her for stuff before, like the stitches "Ok, just like last time. Just how Christa showed me." So you'd think Christa would give Clem instructions beforehand on how to help her give birth. But if it was only 20 weeks in, so maybe she was waiting until later to have to show her that stuff. sigh...
Oh, you actually reminded me of something. I'm sad now that Clem didn't get to mention Christa and her baby at all in this episode. It would have been the perfect moment.
"I'm...I'm glad we managed to save him. I.. couldn't watch another baby die..."
Maybe get it out of her chest or something when she's talking to Rebecca and holding the baby. We'd also finally get to know what exactly happened.
Darnit Telltale, did you overlook this? No Christa mention at ALL in an episode all about pregnancy in the apocalypse when Christa's character was pretty much centered on that? If this were a season ago they wouldn't let details slip like this! [if you can call a major plot point a detail]
If there is one thing I thought should have been in this episode, it was a mention of what happened to Christa's baby. The exact circumstances still aren't known, and it seemed far too relevant to leave out.
A lot of people don't like that clementine never mentioned christa's baby. I wouldn't, too depressing to bring up in an already depressing situation.

Yea hopefully the baby died in an accident and was still to early in development stage to come back as a walker. Like maybe the brain wasn't infected or something and the carcass stayed inside her.
