Sarita's arm and Lilly similarities

edited July 2014 in The Walking Dead

Well, bet Kenny knows exactly what Lilly felt like back at the meat locker now, if you cut Sarita's arm off.

Getting your loved one killed like that while desperately holding and wanting to save them. It was pretty much a reenactment of that scene at the meat locker back in EP2. Who'da thunk that Clem,of all people, who was cowering in fear and crying back then would be the one to play Kenny's role now?

It's kind of really ironic, in an extremely sad way :[

I hope we get to point this out to Kenny somehow. He seems to be really angry at Clem right now.

  • Aw, no one noticed the similarities?

  • Is he still angry at Clementine if you didn't chop Sarita's arm off?

  • Well, I didn't notice this at first since in my original game file I chopped the walker, but I just finished playing my second playthrough where I chopped off her arm, and you're right... it is similar to Lilly and Larry. Kenny is crying over his dying loved one, and then as he begs for them to live or help, Clem has to bash her head in as Kenny watches on in horror... oh the irony. Let's just hope he doesn't lose it like Lilly and shoots a group member in the face in cold blood.

  • Well, now i even feel more bad for lilly.

No, he's really cool about it. He even apologizes to her at the end.

It's actually determinant to chop her face depending on your dialogue. Once you get to it, you can't turn back.

  • Yes, you just don't get the dialogue in the herd where he freaks about Sarita's death being on Clem, instead he and Mike freak out about Sarita being bit and then run off, and then you get the same thing with Clem being separated from the group. He'll still treat Clem badly when you go talk to him though, only he'll talk to Sarita before yelling at Clem about being sorry if you chose that option.

  • Well, I didn't get this since I didn't choose the same dialogue options with Kenny, he is more chill with it here, but if you choose any of the other dialogue options he's pretty pissed off at you... unless it had something to do with my choices in previous episodes. :o Maybe choices do matter?!

I smashed her face with the axe! Oh god Kenny's face when you do that is pure horror. As Clem said back in episode 5 "I thought I was helping?!"

  • Is it really? Because I chose all the dialogue options avoiding it, and then at the end it only gave me the choice to chop her.

  • Yep. I just watched my Sister play through the episode and she didn't have to smash in her face.

  • And apparently to be silent when he is talking about you... silence does help in many cases.

  • Oh, I guess it's because I chose to option to say we couldn't let her turn, my bad then.
