Take supplies from Arvo or give them back?

As soon as I took the pills from Arvo I immediately regretted it so I might go back and change it. Does not taking the medicine affect anything at the end of the episode?

    Refusing to steal medicine results in the same general ending for the Episode.

    Well, I know that if you don't take the medicine, he still says that you stole from him at the end of the episode.
