Is Telltale trying to tell us something about "fate?"

We leave Sarah behind in the trailer park, she gets eaten alive. If we choose to save her, some time later in the same episode, she falls from a balcony...and gets eaten alive.

In season 1, if we don't drop Ben in the bell tower, he ends up dropping from somewhere else. In both scenarios, he gets devoured.

I'm not too sure I like the pattern that's emerging here.

    Maybe.

  • Heroic Kenny death scene confirmed for episode 5. I'm not too sure on that xD I hope Kenny lives.

  • Yeah, I think They're Repeating it, Like in Season 1, We found molly, She was strong and Then Decided not to come with the group, SAme happened with Jane, She was stronged but Decided to LEave.

  • every single thread has to bring up "Season 2 isn't as good" even when it's not relevant..

  • We find Nick dead with a bite on his neck if he doesn't get his throat torn out in episode 2.

They aren't trying to tell us anything. From that information, we know telltale hires horrible writers.

  • And judging from what I've seen in a picture of him, if you save Nick in episode 2, he still gets a bite or some kind of wound on his throat just like in episode 2. Could be wrong, though, as I haven't seen the scene itself.

But really, I don't think it's TT trying to tell us anything as much as it's just getting rid of characters that they already technically killed off in a quick, easy, and lazy way. Carley and Doug both have to die at either one spot or another, too, regardless of circumstances. It's only "fate" in the sense that the game programming says they have to die in a certain way at a certain time no matter what.
